Inspirational Women: Robin
Every month on the 18th, I celebrate the strong, intelligent and kind women in my life.
This month, meet my friend Robin Murdoch, Reporter & Fill-in Anchor for Fox affiliate Detroit FOX 2 Detroit
Robin and I met at Emerson College when she moved in down the hall from me. She was a freshman and I was a junior. We instantly connected and so blessed to have met her.

18th Style: Where are you from?
Robin: Concord, New Hampshire
18th Style: What’s your day job?
Robin: Reporter & Fill-in Anchor for Fox affiliate Detroit FOX 2 Detroit
18th Style: What does style mean to you?
Robin: Style to me is looking good while feeling good in something. I like to be trendy but also comfortable. And I love things that are versatile. There is nothing better than an outfit that can be dressed up for work or worn as is when I’m just hanging out with friends or family.
18th Style: Who inspires your style?
Robin: I don’t have one person who inspires my style. I’m honestly inspired by so many people and it can happen at anytime: when I’m watching tv or flipping through the pages of a magazine I’ll see something and say I need that!
18th Style: What’s your favorite store or brand?
Robin: Because I’m a mother of 3 young children and work full time, it’s hard to find the time to get out and go shopping by myself. I’ve been relying on
Stitch Fix lately in which of box of goodies is sent right to my house. There’s usually a couple shirts in here, pants and a jacket, shoes or some kind of an accessory.
